When The Fog Rolls In

Thick smoke clouds hovering
Creeping up and closing in
Eerie dampness, vision impaired
When the FOG rolls in

The mind gets unfocused
Thoughts are scattered
You can’t see the forest
For the trees

Lost
Unable to find “The Way”
For a guiding light
You will plead

But if you’ve never considered
The Master Creator
If you don’t know Him
And can’t call Him friend

On whom will you turn
When the lights go out
In the darkness
When the FOG rolls in

For a life without Christ
The Master Creator
Will keep your journey
Slowed to a crawl

Stuck in the murky mess
Of a fallen world
That has no faith in
The One True God

But you can change your course
While there is still time
To save Yourself
From the fiery bog

You must repent of your sins
Turn and face the wind
With arms lifted in Praise
To The King

And you will join in delight
All that is made right
When Christ returns
And His heavenly choir sings

High above the noise
And the fierce battle cries
Of one on earth who will
Be a “Deceptor”

But if you follow
This lead
¥ou will be deceived
To Forever Obliterate God is disaster

So, make the choice now
And repent of your sins
Because, there is no way out
When the FOG rolls in
