Why Does God Allow Problems

Why does God allow problems
To the just, the right, the good?
Why does God allow problems
When all believers know He could

Take away the hurt,
The pain
Deliver sunshine
Instead of rain

Yet days still
Seem dark and dreary
Leaving hearts and minds
To grow more weary

In the struggle
The constant fight
To live our days
Doing what’s right

And yes we all fall short
We always will
But our sins were forgiven
On that Hill

Far Away

Where
An Old Rugged Cross stood
Where
He suffered the pain
As only a Redeemer would

To grant us access to The Father
To Everything
Through our Savior, Redeemer,
Our Master…The King!

So we must remember
When we are down on our knees
That problems
Bring greater opportunities

Problems prove a life
Lived with integrity
Promoting our own
Spiritual maturity

Problems produce
A sense of dependency
On The Lord God, Our Savior and King
Who is preparing hearts, for His ministry

To all who will listen
And call on The Names
Of Jesus, The Christ
Who took the world’s shame

Deep, deep, down
Into Satan’s pit
Burying it there
In the deep, dark abyss

Never again to raise
It’s loathsome Head
For it is the only thing
Lying in the grave…dead.

For Jesus Christ
Now holds the keys
Reigning over death
He claims our victory

For our problems are but
A momentary suffering
Deliverance comes by Trusting
And living for The King!

The Purifyer

How do you cleanse the filthy rags of life when your world is out of control?
Pray the Holy Spirit covers the body, will, and mind of your earthly soul

For the Holy Spirit is of God but the soul is of flesh and bone
Conform your spirit to the word of God
To transform the fruits of your soul

From seeds scorched and burned,
Planted on a rock
To the bounty when cultivated
With everything the seedling needs
Every desire anticipated

By the Sewer the Gardener
The Caretaker of the sparrow
His word divides of soul and spirit
And of the joints and marrow (Hebrews 4:12)

Therefore come boldly to the throne of grace for mercy is freely given there
Wisdom and discernment will spring forth with knowledge and understanding to spare

For when we ask our heavenly father to meet us in our need
He responds with more than we could think or ask
The answer to our prayers He’s already perceived

And as we respond rightly to each toil and task, His response may be “no” or “take it slow”
Maturity comes when refined by the fire
His reproof allows reflection and growth
His blood is the only purifier
