The Word of Triumph: John 19:30 (The VOICE) When Jesus drank, He spoke: JESUS: “It is finished!”
For all the shameful things I’ve done
For all the guilt (Yes! Anyone’s)…”IT IS FINISHED”.
If you are truly sorry for your sinful mistakes
If you’ve repented, that’s all it takes…”IT IS FINISHED”.
There’s nothing left for us “to do”.
Christ’s blood was shed for me and you…”IT IS FINISHED”.
For every heartache you’ve endured
For the heart that aches because of yours…”IT IS FINISHED”.
I believe the work at Calvary
was done for you, was done for me…”IT IS FINISHED”.
Sin inconceivable to some…was it ordained?
So to this conclusion you would come…”IT IS FINISHED”.
My faith compels me to share with you
What Christ did for me, He did for you…”IT IS FINISHED”.
So you think you’ve not done enough? Not done the most?
It’s not by works… no one can boast!
He died for “Believers,” so all is not lost
Christ atoned for all sin upon the cross…”IT IS FINISHED”.
The Word of Reunion: Luke 23:46 (The VOICE) “Father I entrust My spirit into Your Hands!”
(This was Jesus proclamation of joining God The Father in Heaven)
